We want you to experience the world in full color, which is why we offer a 60-day return policy for all EnChroma glasses to ensure you have ample time to test our lens technology. If you are not completely satisfied with your color vision experience, you can return your eyewear for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the request.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided to ensure your package is tracked and insured.

• 3.
  Pack the Glasses

  Place the glasses, original hard case, and cleaning cloth securely inside the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our facility, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
